We envision a Goan community living in complete harmony with its rich legacy of environment, culture and heritage. We also see state, business, citizen and visitor collaborating in stewarding and augmenting natural resources. This community will practice conservation as a parallel development mechanism to ensure equitable prosperity and foster community-centric economic growth.

We picture an indigenous, aesthetic and judicious balance of public, private and commercial spaces in our well-planned communities. These decentralised settlements will employ traditional architectural forms, natural materials and eco-friendly technologies and will be efficiently linked by non-polluting mass transportation systems.
